Dr. Muhammad Amjid Saqib - A helping hand
Dr. Muhammad Amjid Saqib is a Pakistani phlinthropist and author. He was also known as the founder of the Akhuwat Foundation. He was born in 1957 in Punjab, Pakistan. He worked as a Civil Servent until 2003. He is married and has two childrens.
Helping Hand
Dr. Saqib was always worried about the poor people. He always wanted to help poor people. He decided to give loan to poor people. Dr. Saqib's first loan was given to a widow who had a small sewing business. Friends of Dr. Saqib said that he was wasting his money and that he would never get it back, but some months later the woman returned the money to him.
Education
He graduated from Gonvernment Collage Universty, Lahore. He earned M. B. B S degree from King Edward Medical Collage ,Lahore, in 1982.
Personality
He founded Akhuat Foundation in 2001, starting with $100 fund. He also helped as Assistant Commisioner in different districts. He also did great servant leadership.
Concolusion
Dr's work with the Akhuwat Foundation teaches us an important lesson about helping others. We should help others so that we can get more blessings of Allah.
